Andrew T. Holmes, LL.M., QKA, first joined Executive Financial Services, Inc. as Legal Counsel in 2010; in 2015 he was promoted to Vice President of the company.

Andrew has attained a designation as a Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and he is a frequent speaker at various National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) events. Andrew has also spoken at the New South Chapter of the ESOP Association Regional Conference. In addition, Andrew has co-written several articles with Kelly Finnell for Estate Planning.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law. Andrew also has an LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University School of Law.
