Our services include plan design and evaluation, fiduciary consulting, bundled and unbundled provider searches, and plan administration.

Provider searches begin with an assessment of a client's needs and the establishment of selection criteria. Once potential provider candidates are identified, a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) is created, covering such areas as recordkeeping and administrative services, employee communication and education resources, investment capabilities, and fee structures. We review and thoroughly analyze RFP responses to narrow the field to a group of finalists that would best satisfy the client's needs and then coordinate presentations and assist in the final selection process.

ERISA fiduciary compliance audits can identify and correct retirement plan problems before the IRS or DOL initiates an investigation. Our audit examines 28 key compliance issues, divided into five key areas. The audit answers three basic questions: Is the Plan document in compliance with ERISA? Is the Plan operated in compliance with its Plan document? Are the investments prudent? The audit provides peace of mind with respect to ERISA fiduciary responsibilities.
