• A national insurance brokerage firm based in Nashville (Broco) purchased key employee life insurance policies on its top executives. Broco hired us to help it select an insurance carrier and to negotiate product costs and terms. We worked with Broco to administer the plan until the company was sold. The acquirer terminated the plan.
• A Memphis based industrial company with 3,000 employees (Glasco), hired us to design and implement a supplemental life insurance plan covering its top 150 employees. We continue to work with Glasco on the annual employee communication and plan administration.
• A large not-for-profit corporation located in Southeast Texas (Gco) hired us to design and implement a supplemental life insurance program for its physician-employees. We continue to administer the plan and provide ongoing consulting services to Gco.
• A Memphis based company (Insuco) established a leveraged ESOP to buy out its senior shareholder. In addition to providing ESOP design, implementation and administration services, we created an ESOP stock repurchase plan funded with key employee life insurance on the two remaining shareholders. We continue to service the ESOP and the life insurance that funds the stock repurchase plan.
